Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike West to the Valley Forge Interchange.
Immediately after going through the toll booth, follow signs for Route 202 South to West Chester.
Travel Route 202-Southbound to the Frazer-Route 401 Exit.
At the bottom of the ramp, turn right onto Route 401 and proceed a short distance to the traffic light.
At the light, turn right onto Moores Road.
Make the first left into the Westbrook Corporate Center – Cephalon Corporate Headquarters.
There will be signs indicating Visitor Parking.
Travel I-95 North to Wilmington. Exit onto Route 202 “Concord Pike” North toward Pennsylvania.
Continue North on Route 202.
Soon after crossing Route 926, follow signs to the Route 202-North by-pass and bear right.
Continue North on Route 202 and exit at Frazer/Route 401.
At the bottom of the ramp, turn left onto Route 401.
At the traffic light, turn right onto Moores Road.
Make the first left into the Westbrook Center – Cephalon Corporate Headquarters
There will be signs indicating Visitor Parking.
Take the Schuylkill Expressway (I-76-West) to Valley Forge.
At the King of Prussia Interchange, take the Exit for Route 202 South toward West Chester
Travel Route 202-Southbound to the Frazer-Route 401 Exit.
At the bottom of the ramp, turn right onto Route 401 and proceed a short distance to the traffic light

Follow the signs for Route 100-Southbound.
At the traffic light at Route 113 “Uwchlan Avenue”, turn left from Route 100 onto Route 113.
At the traffic light at Route 401 “Conestoga Road,” turn right onto Route 401.
Travel several miles, and continue through a traffic light at Phoenixville Pike.
At the next light, turn left onto Moores Road.
Take the first left into the Westbrook Corporate Center – Cephalon Corporate Headquarters
There will be signs indicating Visitor Parking.
Continue Southbound on Route 202 (beyond Cephalon Corporate Headquarters) and exit at Boot Road.
At the top of the ramp, turn left onto Boot Road - traffic light #1.
Travel through traffic light #2 (the Route 202-N ramp)
Traffic light #3 is the intersection of Boot/Greenhill Roads. A firehouse is on the corner.
At traffic light #4, turn right onto Wilson Drive into the Brandywine Business Park.
Go through the traffic light at Airport Road.
Turn right onto Brandywine Parkway (before you arrive at QVC).
The Cephalon R&D Entrance is ahead on the right.
Visitor Parking is in the cul-de-sac.

Follow Boot Road (passing Deveraux School on the right).
Traffic light #1 is at Phoenixville Pike/Boot Road
Traffic lights #2 & #3 will be the on and off ramps of Route 202-N/S
Traffic light #4 is the intersection of Boot/Greenhill Roads. A firehouse is on the corner.
At traffic light #5, turn right onto Wilson Drive into the Brandywine Business Park.
Go through the traffic light at Airport Road.
Turn right onto Brandywine Parkway (before you arrive at QVC).
The Cephalon R&D Entrance is ahead on the right.
Visitor Parking is in the cul-de-sac.
Follow the directions to Cephalon Corporate Headquarters
From Route 202, take the Frazer/Route 401 Exit.
At the bottom of the ramp, turn onto Route 401 Westbound and proceed through traffic light #1 (Moores Road).
At traffic light #2, turn right onto Phoenixville Pike.
You will pass Great Valley High School on the right.
Proceed through the next traffic light at Lee Boulevard/Spring Mill Drive.
Turn right at the Great Valley Corporate Center 333-395 sign and make an immediate left.
Cephalon CSC is #383 – immediately in front of you.
Visitor Parking is in front of the building.
