From the Chairman/CEO
As we enter the last quarter of our fiscal year, our sights are set on the future. At the end of October, we expect the Food and Drug Administration to communicate the status of our application for the use of TREANDA in patients with indolent non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. In mid-September, we received word from the agency on our application to expand the indication for FENTORA and are working to prepare for implementation of the Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) program. The nearly 1,000 patients who participated in our non-cancer breakthrough pain studies are counting on us to continue to seek an expanded indication; it will provide the access they need to benefit from this important medication.
We are looking forward to closing a chapter in our past that has consumed our time and resources over the last four years.
